You are Safe when You Do the Opposite of People in Majority
Majority people nowadays are facing the craving situation of glucose which cause so many bad effects. I don’t want to damage my body, so I avoid that! Craving of glucose is hard, crafting good diet is hard. Choose your hard!

World has more chaos. That’s what I know whenever I hear stories.
We learn about good stuff in order to protect our body as our own responsibility. But ironically, we still fall into the same major problem.
In this article, I want to remind you of three things most people do that worsen their condition everyday. I hope this can help you to think again about your daily decision.
Poor Diet
Processed food, excessive sugar, high sodium, trans fats, you name it can cause severe body illnesses.
Processed food — heart disease, obesity, etc.
Excessive sugar — inflammation, weight gain, diabetes, cause bad effect to metabolism, etc.
High sodium — high blood sugar, heart disease, kidney problem, etc.
Trans fats — bad cholesterol levels, high risk of heart disease, etc.
Alcohol — increase risk of cancer, liver and heart disease, addiction, etc.
Smoke — respiratory issue, lung cancer, heart disease, etc.
Drug abuse — addiction, overdose, organ damage, mental health issues, etc.
Majority people eat whatever they want and most of the foods include the foods above.
I don’t want to damage my body, so I avoid that food as much as I can. I will eat low-processed natural whole food as I believe is the best option until now after I try fruit diet, vegetarian, vegan and even plant-based.
To reach a healthy diet is hard work, but having to deal with a broken body is also hard work. Choose your hard work.
Do Less Physical Activity
We stayed at one place for a long time.
We go to school and sit for long hours.
We go to the office and sit for long hours.
We drive vehicles or go somewhere and sit for long hours.
We watch the screen and stand, sit or lie down for long hours.
We wait in a queue and stand or sit for some moment.
We have two feet but now we use it less and less. Our machine (body) moves less than ever.
Unless you want to be the minority. Walk or cycle to a reachable place.
I want my machine rolling again to entirely function. I wish I could replace my scooter with a bicycle soon.
To do more physical activity is hard work, but living with muscle loss, obesity, cardiovascular disease, chronic disease, and decreased bone density is also hard work. Choose your hard work.
Sleep Deprivation
Excessive screen time, especially before bed is the main cause of sleep deprivation.
What activities do we do most in front of a screen until we are willing to pay for it with our sleeping time? Video games, YouTube, Netflix, and social media are the main characters here. They trigger your dopamine to crave more and more screen time until you are not realizing that hours just passed by and eat times for your brain to clean up.
Lack of sleep leads to weakened immune system, anxiety, and even poor cognitive performance which can trigger you to a suicidal thoughts.
Majority of people are now in sleep deprivation situations mostly because of screen time. You have to block your access to the screen especially during night time.
To be disciplined with sleep early and enough sleep is hard work, but having a day anxious, nervous, worried, weak, and stupid because lack of sleep is also hard. Choose your hard work.
Eating, moving and sleeping are most important in life. By controlling those three elements, you can be the best of the best of your life.
Nothing comes with no hard work. Everything is hard. You just need to choose which hard work you are on.
Most people harm themself by doing bad things consciously or unconsciously. If you want to be safe, do the opposite.
