Why wouldn't I just hire freelancer from freelancer's platform?
Great question! To begin with, hiring a senior voice-over talent now could cost you $10-15 per minute of audio, plus you'll need to find a separate translator which cost you more. On top of that, the translation often doesn't fit the timeline, or the voice-over talent has to adjust the translation for better delivery.
With a monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you're only paying for my services when you have work for me. And you will need unnecessary revision for your translator again.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many transcreation content requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast can I expect to receive my transcreation content?
On average, most requests are completed within two days or less. However, more complex ones may take longer.
What can I expect to receive within 48 hours?
Typical requests are delivered within 48 hours on average, including script translation, voice-over, or subtitling. For larger requests, you can expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the full project is completed.
Who are the translator, voice-over talent, and subtitle creator?
You might be surprised to hear this, but this is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me. However, additional services like male voice-overs or sound effects are handled by trusted partners.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you might not always have enough content work to fill an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two short transcreation requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription becomes useful.
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will stop, leaving you with 10 days of service that you can use anytime in the future.
How are larger requests managed?
Large requests such as audiobooks are divided into smaller tasks per chapter. You can expect to receive a reasonable portion of the work every 24-48 hours until the entire project is completed.
What programs do you voice over in?
Most requests are recorded using Reaper.
How is your recording set up?
Microphone used is Samson C-01 U Pro with dual layers pop filter. Recorded in low-noise environment voice booth.
How do I request your service?
We offer a lot of flexibility in how you request transcreation using Trello. Common methods include submitting requests directly through Trello or sharing Google Drive. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, it's acceptable.
What if I don't like your work?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the content until you're 100% satisfied.
Is there any transcreation content you don't cover?
Absolutely. We do not cover transcreation work involving adult content, LGBTQ+, gambling, alcoholic beverages, or anything that violates the Electronic Information and Transactions Law.
What if I only have one-time project?
That's perfectly fine. You can pause your subscription when you're finished and resume it when you have more transcreation needs. There's no need to let the remaining time on your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
